The number of bundles needed depends on the hair texture, lengths and your preferred density.
12"- 2 or more bundles
14"- 2 or more bundles
18"-20"- 3 or more bundles
22"& up- 4 or more bundles
Closures cover the top front part of your head. The wider the closure, the more part coverage you have. A lace frontal cover the entire front perimeter of your head from ear to ear. Frontals have a dimension of 13 by 4/ 13 by 6 inches. The versatility of frontals are endless because you are able to part in any direction.
To maintain the hygiene of all our customers and as a result of the custom nature of our products, we will consider exchanges only for hair bundles, closures and frontals. Exchanged items must be unworn and in their original packaging in order to be accepted. To process an exchange you must contact us at info@glamhousebyify.com within (7) days of receipt of your order (determined by your shipment tracking). You will be responsible for return shipping cost.

Our processing time for custom orders is between 10-15 business days. However, we are always happy to accommodate any special requests.
Absolutely, with the purchase of every of our wig units, it is accompanied with a warranty card, that is valid for 4 months after your purchase date (instructions on how to claim your warranty are enclosed in your package). After the 4 months have elapsed, we offer other additional wig revival services to help your units serve you well.
All orders are processed and shipped from Canada. We are not responsible for customs and duty feed outside Canada.

This is a package protection offered through a third party, Route, to protect your packages in the case of loss, damage or theft while in transit. This insurance is absolutely optional and is paid for by the customer.
